I am not making full blown custom Packas, but I do make adjustments on the factory made ones. Typically, I increase the packcover size to accomodate bigger packs. A basic adjustment, which involves removing the top and bottom of the pack cover, is free. This procedure simply removes the pleats in the packcover and adds about 1000 ci. I can go bigger too, but to do so adds seams to the packcover and will cost more depending on how much custom work you need. Generally, you are looking at a minimum of $25. Be aware that the factory Packas come seam taped, so when I make adjustments the seams I sew will not be taped. You will need to manually seam seal these yourself. I make custom gear too, mainly light duty shell mittens, silnylon stuffsacks, and noseeum mesh dittybags. Mittens are $25 a pair for silnylon; $35 for 1 side nylon and 1 side eVent. Stuffsack and dittybag prices depend on size. I will make them to the exact size you need all the way up to pack liners. Contact me for prices. You will need to seam seal all custom products.
